Nomad Chilli Co's original small batch hand made fermented hot sauce. Experience the robust flavours of our take on a Salsa Roja. Made using the finest mix of local ingredients and imported Mexican chilli. All our sauces go through a 6 week fermentation process that gives them their distinctive depth of flavour. A great alternative to sriracha or buffalo sauce. A blend of Habanero, Guajillo, Pasilla, Mango and a few other distinctive ingredients will be sure to get your mouth watering.
Ingredients: tomato, onion, habanero, guajillo, pasilla, mango, carrot, chipotle, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sea salt, black pepper, xanthan gum.

The flavor is great that it can go with pretty much anything, has a good kick behind it. Recommend this brand of hot sauces to many.
Nomad hot sauces are amazing, they’re versatile and each bring a different experience to your meal. Love the roja for that extra kick in wraps and toasties.
We love these hot sauces, they don’t last long in our house, particularly the roja, perfect kick of heat.
I purchased 2 bottles of this flavour, and have used both bottles up already. Perfect for adding abit of spice and flavour to meals, great with seafood and dumplings or anything really. Keen to try the other flavours.
