Nomad Chilli Co's take on a Salsa Macha, this Mexican style chilli oil is a blend of roasted peanuts, pepitas and mixed dried chilli's giving an aromatic oil with some serious texture and a slow creeping smokey heat.
Add it to tacos, roast meats/vegetables, pizza or even pasta and dumplings! This will add some heat, crunch and texture to any meal!
Ingredients: canola oil, arbol chilli, morita chilli, red chilli, peanuts, pepitas, sesame seed, fried shallots, apple cider vinegar, fried garlic, lemon myrtle, sea salt, pepper
