Brace yourself for a bold twist on a classic—our seasonal Sriracha sauce brings deep umami, bright acidity, and a clean, lingering heat in every drop. A celebration of local ingredients, we use locally grown fermented red jalapeño and garlic, then blended ultra-smooth with locally made Koji rice and rice wine vinegar, this sauce is all about complexity and balance.
After months of careful development, we’ve created a velvety sriracha that layers mellow sweetness with earthy depth, finishing with a medium burn that builds with each bite. Whether drizzled on dumplings, stirred into sauces, or added to eggs, it’s your go-to for an extra hit of flavour and fermented funk.
This is a very small batched limited release sauce due to the nature of the local jalapeño growing season, once they're gone they're gone!
